CAN I RETURN OR REFUND?

Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase of Fynbos Leather products. If you are not completely satisfied we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or credit refund.

You are welcome to exchange any unwanted products free of charge, provided that:

  • We offer 30 day returns/exchanges, and 14 day refunds for any product purchased online. Returns can be lodged at the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website. Please note no returns can be processed during large sale events (Black Friday) and will be processed once the sale event ends.
  • This return specifically excludes personalized products.
  • Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact as at the point of sale.
  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Fynbos Leather reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.
  • Fynbos Leather reserves the right to refund a purchase if pending fees, accounts or agreements are to be settled between the business and customer or merchant. As a security measure, any standing/pending orders will be placed on hold until outstanding agreements are settled between the business and party/s involved.
  • SALE ITEMS: No returns or refunds on sale items will be accepted, however an exchange for a different size or colour of the same value may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please note no returns can be processed during large sale events (Black Friday, Sample Sales etc.) and will be processed once the sale event/campaign ends.(Proof of purchase/slip required) Orders, Payments & coupons.
