We do accept payments via Visa/ credit card, we also accept Instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa. Place your order as usual & choose the "instant EFT" option when you're checking out.
Sorry! We are completely online. However, feel free to send our Customer Happiness Team a mail on fynbos.leather@gmail.com if you had any questions regarding our products (sizing, material, etc).
All of our products sizes are in the product information.
To avoid any disappointment we have a lead time of 3 - 6 weeks in case something unexpected happens, but usually we tend to have your order ready within the 3 weeks time period. When you add the option to personalize your leather Accessory, it may take a day or two longer.
  • Products can be returned back to us for store credit and not cash.

  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unstained and not used.

  • You can post your return back within 7 days of receiving your items.

  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

  • No returns can be made after 7 days.

  • Once we receive the item the store credit will be available for you within 2 hours to use if the item is in their original condition, with tags attached, unstained and not used.
